A time for prayer and meditation.......
Friends, this time of the year has a special significance, this is a time when the planetry alignments lend a certain strength to meditation and prayer.....the GODS listen in more closely it seems ....
the earth, half of it frozen and the other half hot, is pushing its energies in cleansing and renewing itself.....
Lets sit in meditation and cleanse ourselves:
1. Anytime is a good time
2.Find a comfortable posture, either sitting or lying down, keeping your back straight.
3.closing your eyes, start taking deep breaths,
4.imagine you are surrounded by a green cloud, as you inhale, you draw in the green colour,and as you exhale you send the negetivity and grime from inside your body in the form of dark coloured clouds,
5.after a few breaths you will feel lighter and cleansed on the inside, each cell of your being will be charged with the strengthening green light of our fertile mother earth,
6. now lets give back to our beloved planet.....visualize yourself exhaling pink light of love, allow it to go to that part of the planet where it is needed most,
7.as the earth charged you with green energy , you charge the earth with pink energy.
after some time you will feel satiated, happy n loved, then slowly draw to a close,
8.slowly move the fingers of your hand, then feet, rub your hands together and put them over your face, now slowly open your eyes .
9.welcome back happy soul !!!

RECONNECTED---PRAYING FOR ALL THE ENDANGERED SPECIES OF THE WORLD

DEAR FRIENDS, listening to michael jackson's "HEAL THE WORLD "....reconnected me with the source......i am able to put the meditations on this blog only when i feel ONE with the SOURCE.....otherwise it will not have any power n magic in it. Lets begin straight away.

* Sit back relaxed, either cross legged or on a chair, remember to keep the spine straight...as it allows the flow of energy up n down, uninterrupted.

*Start breathing deeply

* Imagine that you are wrapped in a pink colored cocoon of love and nurturance

* With each deep breath that you take, you are drawing inside the love and nurturance surrounding you, go on breathing in the love, till you start feeling all good and warm inside,( in can take a few sec or a few mint )

*Now start visualizing that your heart chakra is expanding slowly ,slowly it becomes as big as the room, it goes on expanding further....as big as your house.....further expanding slowly to become as big as your city.....then expanding further to become as big as your country .....expanding further to become as big as our earth.

* NOw declare silently that all endangered plants and animals of this earth are being gathered and being enclosed in your HEART.....visualize them coming in your heart in pairs , just as in NOAH's ARK......big n small, single celled or huge like whales n giant redwoods.....

* Once enclosed in your heart.....visualize them being nurtured by the pink light of love add to it a strong yellow broth of super strength. each one is absorbing the pink n yellow light....and becoming stronger by the second...their DNA's are being strengthend.....so that they will be almost indestructible and will die only when
they WILL

*Now each plant and animal is starting to reproduce in large large numbers....

* we now pray that as we allow them to enter back into the earth's ecosystem....they will bring it back to optimum balance.....reproduce well n strongly . but allow the food chain to acquire its natural balance....and restore the earth to its natural n perfect ECOBALANCE !!!!!

*OPEn your heart chakra and send them back

* gradually with prayerfull gratitude allow your heart chakra to slowly come back to its original size

* continue to sit calmly and assimilate in your being the tremendous amount of energy generated during this meditation

* when you feel back in your body , slowly rub your hands together n rub your face , curl your toes shake gently n slowly open your eyes

*BLESS YOU .....YOU HAVE SERVED THE EARTH AS A MESSENGER OF LOVE , OF THE SOURCE...OF THE SPIRIT

PRAYING FOR ALL THE ENDANGERED SPECIES OF THE WORLD

This is a prayerful meditation close to my heart, one that i practice at least once daily, it is in my list of essential daily meditations.....i am being told by my guiding spirits to share it with others. for out of the few people , who chance upon my blog there might be at least one who would willingly try to do this meditative prayer . even one more person to pray will add tremendous strength to saving all the endangered species........its not coming up right now though.....i'll go back ,sit in meditation recharge myself n my spirit....n then come n describe how to go about it !!!1

SENSING A GREAT SHIFT IN ENERGY

Friends something is happening {it does so all the time ...but }, i am sensing the energies of GAIA are shifting... moving and they are not reaching any new level ............BUT ...they are resurrecting the ENERGY ANATOMY of LEMURIAN and ATLANTEAN TIMES !
This morning ,rocked by the shift and wanting to chant a soothing mantra, i sat down in front of my guru and adishakti MOokambika maa's photo on my altar , with a diya and insence burning.....my saphtikaksh mala with 108 beads in my hand. i started chanting mookambika maha mantra......i swiftly went into a trance like state---i saw before my minds eye a huge machime arising out of the Atlantic ocean.....split in several parts, each one extremely huge. as i chanted i felt the gaia's energies trying to bring back the machine together......my chanting gave me a higher vibrational frequency for long enough for me to see the resurrection of this atlantean and lemurian machine . Which is coming into our times to prepare us for THE MAYAN PROPHECY-------WINTER SOLSTICE 2012. tThe time when we all will have the choice to ascend !!! along with beloved mother earth !!!!

Dear friends , i have spend the last 15 days in rajasthan, in a small town called Khetri, i am living in a nice old bunglow surrounded by gardens and a nice lawn in front , lots n lots of trees, and LOTS N LOTS OF BIRDS....of strange and grand plummage.
I wake up early in the morning to sweet bird calls ,which are musical n mystical. it seems to me as if i have been called to this arid n hot land so that this oasis full of birds can heal me. the bird call seem as if some old and mystical symbols are being re-awakened in my being...my soul recognizes these sounds, and they belong to another dimension...i dont use the words past life because i know that 'ALL TIME IS NOW TIME'.I find these sounds are healing the center of my being. walking bare foot inthe garden is grounding and i draw healing energy from the center of the earth. there is a sweet scent in the air which porobably belongs to neem blossoms. among the many birds new to me that i sighted here, i must mention the glorious PEACOCKS....all over is there beatiful call , which the locals say is a call for rain, they can be seen all over the place even on trees. But they are not dancing right now...they are waiting for rain fall.
The evenings are beautiful too. The attendants sprinkle water on the lawn, so it cools off, then i just sit there , watching the sun go down, the sky darkens slowly. and the stars come out one by one......and all this amidst the musical orchestra of birds coming home in the evening....aaah !!!! its is healing trust me!!

Dear friends , today i feel like sharing with you a meditation technique i had lernt years ago from a book by shakti gwain....."creative visualization ",,,,,,i had used it a lot back then suddenly , afew days back i was guided to use it again for something i was trying hard for...it manifested...so here i am excitedly wanting to share it with you all...........but please use it only for positive things....."SETTLE DOWN TO A CALM STATE OF MIND......VISUALIZE YOUR DESIRED OUTCOME IN DETAIL AS IF ITS HAPPENING IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES THEN N THERE....WHEN YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR VISUAL......WRAP IT IN A PINK BALLOON...SIMPLY PUT IT IN A PINK BALLOON.....THEN LET THE BALLOON GENTLY FLOAT AWAY.....INTO THE EXPANSE OF THE ENDLESS UNIVERSE, WHERE IT WILL ON ITS OWN GATHER ENERGIES FOR ITS MANIFESTATION ". The important thing is to remember to let go of the balloon , it needs to go off freely.....i hope you have beautiful experiences as you try it out......love n light...earthspirit

HELPING ANIMALS BY MEDITATING FOR THEM

Meditation for Animals


At the following full moon all the teachers of the Diana Cooper School did a meditation to love, honour, respect and help the evolution of all animals so that they can fulfil their own divine evolution. I know this sent out a huge wave of light and made a positive impact on the animal kingdom. Here is the meditation if you too would like to help the animal kingdom. Remember that Metatron co-ordinates all timings so that energy links and goes to the appropriate place and also that love and respect for animals is a step on your Ascension Pathway.

Prepare your space and light a candle, if possible.
Close your eyes and breathe comfortably until your whole body feels relaxed.
Imagine the golden Christ light coming into your cells and filling them with love.
Invite a dog or several dogs into your inner screen. Welcome them and greet them as divine equals. Thank them for sharing the Earth experience with humans. Then visualize humans all over the world treating dogs with loving respect. Picture starving dogs being fed and nourished in whatever way is appropriate. Ask Archangel Fhelyai, the angel of animals, to use the energy you have sent out to help dogs everywhere.
Now repeat this visualization with cats, rabbits, cows and any other animal that presents itself to you.
Finally open your arms to accept even more of the Christ light into your heart.

9 STEP PYRAMID OF MAYANS

I have recently returned from a fascinating visit to the Mayan sites of Guatemala. It was amazing to see the wonderful ancient cities and especially the 9 step pyramids. The Mayans were highly evolved astronomers and seers. The nine steps were spiritual calendars forecasting the next age on the planet. Each step indicates a spiritual stage of evolution, each one shorter than the last, which marks the speeding up of time.

It started with the big bang after which there was a period of 16.4 billion years before the first step when creatures emerged from the oceans.

The second stage lasted 820 million years during which time the first live births took place and animals formed into herds and flocks.

The third was 42 million years, when families formed and individuality started to be recognised.

Step four only lasted 2 million years, when man’s mind began to develop.

Stage five, the cultural cycle, lasted 102,000 years, when people started to think about the reasons for things.

Following this, during the national cycle, people began to write.

Then in 1755, the industrial revolution started when machines started to do the work of humans. This was the power era when huge businesses started and with it corruption, secrets and misuse of power.

In 1999 there was a shift as ethics started to enter the consciousness. People could no longer get away with so much. Secrets started to surface. Huge businesses built on false foundations start to collapse. This is very obvious to us right now.

2011-12 heralds the top of the pyramid, the universal stage, when the planet moves into higher consciousness and more people awaken spiritually.

The Mayans really were incredible – and so too were the forecasts of many of the ancient civilizations.

pouring love into the earth

Many times as i sit in meditation, i find myself opening my heart and pouring out pink clouds of dense love energy , that go and wrap themselves around the globe ...around the planet earth....they keep soaking the earth in love, healing it sooothing it, cooling it, it feels so good as along with the feverishness of the planet ,our heat also reduces . try this out yourself sometime , its a simple enough visualization

Nurturing Endangered animals--- in our heart----- a guided visualization

Dear friends i want to share with you a very beautiful meditation, a visualization which i will guide you into----- have a good meal and feel warm, nurtured and cosy ....its ok to fall asleep after you have started the meditation . sit relaxed but with the back straight.on a chair or on your bed. if you wish put on gentle music and light a white candle or pink if you so wish. Close your eyes.....feel your heart is opening up and expanding.....it has become as big as the room ....then its expanding and becoming as big as the house....then its expanding further and becoming as big as the neighbourhood.....then its expanding and becoming as big as the city....then your heart is further expanding and becoming as big as the country... its expanding more and more and has become as big as the earth......all the endangered beings on this earth are entering your heart ......all of them big and small....plant or animal.....bug or a whale.....its not required to know there name....just the intention that you are nurturing endangered beings in your heart is enough......enclose them in your heart...and visualize or give the intent that the pink nurturing love juices in your heart are soaking them, nurturing them, making them strong, even bringing them back to life ....they are growing well, increasing in numbers, reproducing strongly,and after 5-10 minutes or more as { follow your instincts here } you feel like.....open your expanded heart slowly and release them ever so gently to go back into the world, where they go back in huge numbers and restore the ecological balance....and bring back mother earth to optimum ecological balance.......after lovingly releasing all beings slowly start bringing your heart back in your body.....it reduces from the size of earth to the size of your country....then your city ...then your neighbourhood....then your house ....then your room ...then inside your body.......slowly curl your toes...then curl your fingers.....rub your palms together and place them over your eyes.....open your eyes ever so gently ...welcome back ...you just did a fantastic job to save the planet.....kissseees ....love you all ....thanks..... earthspirit

polar ice caps

freinds , join me today in a prayer to refreeze the polar ice caps , they are melting too fast and we need to stop that...and how are we going to do that?.....we will do a visualization meditation...that the polar ice caps have refroozen to a 1000 yrs back position .....come join me in that, wherever you are , whatever time you want to join in its fine...just keep adding the strength of your prayer, your vusualization to the group effort .....thanks a million.....love and light to all of you .

visualization meditation for cooling the earth

Hello....i gather my courage and put aside my worldly troubles,to address my parent stars is it sirius or some other?some thing is knocking at the doors of my destiny, i am sensing something, now to get back to one thing that i know i came on this earth to do.......help heal the earth....my instinct my gut tells me + all the studies that i have done on these issues.....that " meditation, intention and visualization" are very potent tools . so now i call for help my parent stars, that they should help manifest the intention that i am now holding forth for mother earth........and that is .." THE POLAR ICE CAPS HAVE FROZEN BACK TO A THOUSAND YEAR BACK POSITION, ALL THE GLACIERS ARE FREEZING BACK TO A THOUSAND YEAR OLD STRENHGTH, THE WHOLE EARTH IS COOLING DOWN A FEW DEGREES, THE RAIN FOREST AND ALL THE OTHER ORIGINAL FORESTS HAVE ALSO REGROWN....OUR BEAUTIFUL EARTH HAS REGAINED OPTIMUM ECOBALANCE....ALL THE ENDANGERED BEINGS ARE REPRODUCING STRONGLY AND WELL AND ARE NO LONGER ENDANGERED..... " so now i sit in meditation, close my eyes and visualize all that i affirmed just now, my heart is opening up and a great flow of pink light of love is gushing out and surrounding the earth, washing every little atom on it...it is happening it is...what i just prayed for is actually taking place...the earth is cooling off . my star seed i feel a rush of powerful intent ... i feel somebody is helping me. A deep blue very dark deep blue ribbon of light is coming and entering my third eye...the source i cannot see...but i sense it is coming from my parent star... so the connection to my parent star is made.... i just pray that this connection never breaks , but grows stronger and goes on giving me sterngth to understand my work on earth and accomplish it... at this moment i am feeling a strong yearning for KRYON, whose energy has given me some understanding of my contract on earth . i am sending out LOVE to the whole UNIVERSE...and will strive to keep doing so every moment onthis earth......teeeehoooo
