RECONNECTED---PRAYING FOR ALL THE ENDANGERED SPECIES OF THE WORLD

DEAR FRIENDS, listening to michael jackson's "HEAL THE WORLD "....reconnected me with the source......i am able to put the meditations on this blog only when i feel ONE with the SOURCE.....otherwise it will not have any power n magic in it. Lets begin straight away.

* Sit back relaxed, either cross legged or on a chair, remember to keep the spine straight...as it allows the flow of energy up n down, uninterrupted.

*Start breathing deeply

* Imagine that you are wrapped in a pink colored cocoon of love and nurturance

* With each deep breath that you take, you are drawing inside the love and nurturance surrounding you, go on breathing in the love, till you start feeling all good and warm inside,( in can take a few sec or a few mint )

*Now start visualizing that your heart chakra is expanding slowly ,slowly it becomes as big as the room, it goes on expanding further....as big as your house.....further expanding slowly to become as big as your city.....then expanding further to become as big as your country .....expanding further to become as big as our earth.

* NOw declare silently that all endangered plants and animals of this earth are being gathered and being enclosed in your HEART.....visualize them coming in your heart in pairs , just as in NOAH's ARK......big n small, single celled or huge like whales n giant redwoods.....

* Once enclosed in your heart.....visualize them being nurtured by the pink light of love add to it a strong yellow broth of super strength. each one is absorbing the pink n yellow light....and becoming stronger by the second...their DNA's are being strengthend.....so that they will be almost indestructible and will die only when
they WILL

*Now each plant and animal is starting to reproduce in large large numbers....

* we now pray that as we allow them to enter back into the earth's ecosystem....they will bring it back to optimum balance.....reproduce well n strongly . but allow the food chain to acquire its natural balance....and restore the earth to its natural n perfect ECOBALANCE !!!!!

*OPEn your heart chakra and send them back

* gradually with prayerfull gratitude allow your heart chakra to slowly come back to its original size

* continue to sit calmly and assimilate in your being the tremendous amount of energy generated during this meditation

* when you feel back in your body , slowly rub your hands together n rub your face , curl your toes shake gently n slowly open your eyes

*BLESS YOU .....YOU HAVE SERVED THE EARTH AS A MESSENGER OF LOVE , OF THE SOURCE...OF THE SPIRIT

PRAYING FOR ALL THE ENDANGERED SPECIES OF THE WORLD

This is a prayerful meditation close to my heart, one that i practice at least once daily, it is in my list of essential daily meditations.....i am being told by my guiding spirits to share it with others. for out of the few people , who chance upon my blog there might be at least one who would willingly try to do this meditative prayer . even one more person to pray will add tremendous strength to saving all the endangered species........its not coming up right now though.....i'll go back ,sit in meditation recharge myself n my spirit....n then come n describe how to go about it !!!1

SENSING A GREAT SHIFT IN ENERGY

Friends something is happening {it does so all the time ...but }, i am sensing the energies of GAIA are shifting... moving and they are not reaching any new level ............BUT ...they are resurrecting the ENERGY ANATOMY of LEMURIAN and ATLANTEAN TIMES !
This morning ,rocked by the shift and wanting to chant a soothing mantra, i sat down in front of my guru and adishakti MOokambika maa's photo on my altar , with a diya and insence burning.....my saphtikaksh mala with 108 beads in my hand. i started chanting mookambika maha mantra......i swiftly went into a trance like state---i saw before my minds eye a huge machime arising out of the Atlantic ocean.....split in several parts, each one extremely huge. as i chanted i felt the gaia's energies trying to bring back the machine together......my chanting gave me a higher vibrational frequency for long enough for me to see the resurrection of this atlantean and lemurian machine . Which is coming into our times to prepare us for THE MAYAN PROPHECY-------WINTER SOLSTICE 2012. tThe time when we all will have the choice to ascend !!! along with beloved mother earth !!!!

Dear friends , i have spend the last 15 days in rajasthan, in a small town called Khetri, i am living in a nice old bunglow surrounded by gardens and a nice lawn in front , lots n lots of trees, and LOTS N LOTS OF BIRDS....of strange and grand plummage.
I wake up early in the morning to sweet bird calls ,which are musical n mystical. it seems to me as if i have been called to this arid n hot land so that this oasis full of birds can heal me. the bird call seem as if some old and mystical symbols are being re-awakened in my being...my soul recognizes these sounds, and they belong to another dimension...i dont use the words past life because i know that 'ALL TIME IS NOW TIME'.I find these sounds are healing the center of my being. walking bare foot inthe garden is grounding and i draw healing energy from the center of the earth. there is a sweet scent in the air which porobably belongs to neem blossoms. among the many birds new to me that i sighted here, i must mention the glorious PEACOCKS....all over is there beatiful call , which the locals say is a call for rain, they can be seen all over the place even on trees. But they are not dancing right now...they are waiting for rain fall.
The evenings are beautiful too. The attendants sprinkle water on the lawn, so it cools off, then i just sit there , watching the sun go down, the sky darkens slowly. and the stars come out one by one......and all this amidst the musical orchestra of birds coming home in the evening....aaah !!!! its is healing trust me!!

Dear friends , today i feel like sharing with you a meditation technique i had lernt years ago from a book by shakti gwain....."creative visualization ",,,,,,i had used it a lot back then suddenly , afew days back i was guided to use it again for something i was trying hard for...it manifested...so here i am excitedly wanting to share it with you all...........but please use it only for positive things....."SETTLE DOWN TO A CALM STATE OF MIND......VISUALIZE YOUR DESIRED OUTCOME IN DETAIL AS IF ITS HAPPENING IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES THEN N THERE....WHEN YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR VISUAL......WRAP IT IN A PINK BALLOON...SIMPLY PUT IT IN A PINK BALLOON.....THEN LET THE BALLOON GENTLY FLOAT AWAY.....INTO THE EXPANSE OF THE ENDLESS UNIVERSE, WHERE IT WILL ON ITS OWN GATHER ENERGIES FOR ITS MANIFESTATION ". The important thing is to remember to let go of the balloon , it needs to go off freely.....i hope you have beautiful experiences as you try it out......love n light...earthspirit
